Here’s how you can increase your chances of finding 10 KM eggs

In Pokemon GO, apart from hunting for the few extremely rare Pokemon in the game, the next best thing are 10-kilometer Eggs, as they give the players a chance at getting those few rare Pokemon without having to go and look for them.

Those of you who are thinking that if these Eggs give players a chance at finding those rare Pokemon without having to go and look for them, then why aren’t Pokemon trainers hunting for Pokemon in the first place, they should just get these. Well, we’ll tell you why.

Firstly, to crack open these Eggs, trainers have to walk for at least 10 kilometers which is quite a lot for someone in this day and age. Secondly, the Pokemon you get from these eggs are based on chances and those few rare Pokemon which we have been talking about, have very little chances of hatching from these Eggs. And the third reason is why we are here today.

Coming across these 10 Km Eggs in Pokemon GO are very rare on their own as not all Pokestops give players 10 Km Eggs. These eggs are the rarest of all the types available in the game. And since you can’t discard eggs, it gets even harder as you have to hatch the previous eggs first, in order to make space for future eggs.

But don’t you worry as our dedicated Pokemon trainers have assembled a list of things you can do, to increase your chances of coming across 10 Km Eggs in Pokemon GO. So let’s get started.

Hatch all the Eggs together

This is one of the simplest tricks in the game. However, having said that, not many people are aware of this, which is why we are talking about this today. In Pokemon Go, the maximum number of Eggs, one trainer can have at a time is 10 and since you can purchase additional incubators, you can hatch all of those eggs at the same time.

So let’s say, you have five 2 Km Eggs, four 5 Km Eggs, and one 10 Km Egg. You put the 10 Km Egg in an incubator and start walking. When you have reached the 5 Km mark on the 10 Km Egg, you put all four of the 5 Km Eggs, for incubation. Now when 2 Km is left in all of your Eggs, you add in the remaining of your Eggs (you five 2km Eggs) in their designated incubators.

This way all of your Eggs will hatch at the same time. This will give you an empty inventory for your new Eggs and hence, give you the highest chances of finding 10 Km eggs.

2. Find the “Lucky” Pokéstop

According to several Pokemon GO players, there are “Lucky” Pokestops scattered throughout the world. These Pokestops give the players a guaranteed 10 Km, if they have an empty Egg slot that is. However, keep in mind this is based on speculation and is not confirmed by the developers.

Having said that, we advise you to keep a track of all the Pokestops which have given you a 10 Km egg. This way you can go back to these Pokestops and see, if what these Pokemon GO players have said, is true or not.
